THE WAJ OUTSTANDING STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP: Committee voted Marguerite Charbonneau as the recipient of the 2013 Outstanding Student Scholarship based on the criteria of academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and community involvement. Recipients are selected annually and receive a total of $12,000 towards their college expenses if they maintain a 3.0 GPA or above.
THE WAJ TRADE & TECHNICAL SCHOLARSHIP was awarded to Meabh Lavery, based on the criteria of academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and community involvement. 2013 is the first year of this award. Meabh will receive a total of $2,000 towards her two-year college degree expenses. Criteria includes maintaining a 3.0 GPA or above.
